Reason(s): His wife had a vaccination 20 years ago and got very sick. She won a lawsuit over it but in doing so became involved with doctors diagnosing her as also bipolar, depressed, anxiety disorder and having a long term pain condition due to the affects the vaccination caused. She’s been addicted for 20 years and has not wanted to get better and only wants to stay heavily medicated. Recently she reached out to her husband saying that staying drugged up was her way of coping with unhappiness. She no longer wants to be drugged up but she does not know how to live without them anymore. He found that non 12 step programs specialize in a non disease rehab method of treatment and works to help the person handle underlying issues that are the root cause of her addiction. He also wants a drug rehab treatment center that can safely get her fully off all medications so that she can feel like herself again, without psych drugs. The husband knows that her psychiatrist will not agree with going to a non 12 step drug rehab program but feels this is her chance to break her addictions.
